[Bug 7510] Super Copyright (free software) fails to install and run

Patched against 0.9.46 and was able to install.  However, the program did not
work.  I am now getting an blank dialog box with an error message "Application
Error".  There is a backtrace in the console that I will copy and past as an
attachment.
