errors in terminal output are not bugs by themselves.

Does the program crash or has issues?

The program does not finnish installattion. Don't work. :(

That error shouldn't occur, and indicates something is probably wrong with your
setup. Please try again in a clean prefix.

Installer completes successfully here, though it crashes when actually
launching the program.

Please retry in Wine 10.9 or later in a clean wineprefix.

Does it occur with vanilla, non-staging, Wine?

Tested in Wine 10.9 on Ubuntu 22.04 running on VMware

Old versions of application can be found from here:

I used this one in my test. 
RC3=https://dl.makeblock.com/mblock5/win32/v5.0.0-RC3.exe

Created fresh 32bit prefix.

When application is started there is black splash screen shown, after this
nothing else seem to happen.

We don't know which version OP was using, so we need further details from him,
though he was asked to retry back in 2019.
