Wine 1.3.18 console output

With the SlingPlayer 1.5, accessing menus and closing dialogs, etc. is notably
slower than running under Windows.  This is particular noticeable if you go to
Help --> About and then close the About dialog.

This *may* have something to do with it:
err:ddraw:ddraw7_QueryInterface (0x19aa30) The App is requesting a D3D device,
but a non-OpenGL surface type was choosen. Prepare for trouble!

Still present in wine-1.3.30-45-ga843ace

Performance does seem to have improved but still lags well behind Windows.  The
improvement, however, could simply be due to me using a newer, more powerful
system.

UI has no lag in Wine 1.5.6 with or without native gdiplus. Native quartz still
required to work around a crash.
