Log file when running wine

I am trying to run winbox.exe (by Mikrotik) on Arch Linux. Ever since Wine 6.6
update, running the program fails with error code 53. The log shows issues
loading DLLs.

Invoked with:

I am facing the same issue. Using git bisect between tags wine-6.5 and
wine-6.6, I have found that bb065801a693e1cd305d2a507c206f1b21a142d3 is the
first bad commit.
