Please add more information. Tell us which version of wine you're using, what
the problem is and remember to attach a full log. And if possible attach an URL
where others can get the program or a trial.

I assume the game in question is Fantasy Westward Journey, which is apparently
available from https://xyq.163.com/download/. With wine-10.19 and the LANG
environment variable set to zh_CN.utf8, I was able to run the provided game
downloader, install the game successfully, and launch it to reach the in-game
login screen, so I cannot identify an issue the original bug reporter may have
experienced.

As no further information has been provided to reproduce an issue and it is
unlikely that whatever version the reporter test is still available for
download, I'm resolving this bug as abandoned.
