Summary: Click'N Design 3D Afterburner: Cannot access template files Product: Wine Version: 0.9.49. Platform: PC-x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: wine-binary AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: vzep18e1@verizon.net
Created an attachment (id=9261) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=9261) Messages printed when application run at the shell prompt
When trying to access a template file to start the design the application returns an error in a popup window saying: "There was an error loading this template" and this happens for all templates. This problem is crucial because it is impossible to do the design or test and calibrate printer without a template. When the application is run from the command prompt it prints a lot of error messages in the terminal window. I am attaching those in the file ErrorMessages.txt

--- Comment #1 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2007-11-21 15:43:42 --- You have to fix this error first. Reopen if problem persists: err:module:import_dll Library MFC40.DLL (which is needed by L"C:\Program Files\Click'N Design 3D AfterBurner\fmdrop32.ocx") not found
Wine does not provide above dll. It have to be redistributed with the application by it's developers.

Errorlist.txt are the error messages emited to the Konsole window afer the addition of MFC40.DLL and DCOM98.EXE. The oval.jpg is the output to printer as it prints now; the round.jpg is how the print should look like for the CD labels.

--- Comment #5 from Ivica Culjak vzep18e1@verizon.net 2007-11-22 17:25:54 --- After the addition of MFC40.DLL it was possible to access the aforementioned template files and complete the design on the screen. There are still problems with the printing (see attachments). The application still emits error messages to the Konsole window. There are no error messages within the application itself. I have also added DCOM98.EXE but there were no apparent changes after this addition. The application is still not able to produce the usable output (see attachments "oval.jpg" and "round.jpg").
