switch FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME/FSCTL_UNLOCK_VOLUME return

even with this it works fine

The game needs the real CD to run and I think this is the device 9
(but not sure)

btw: It is called whenever I run the game and start a new game
so it is not only an installation problem
