Hmm, I would need some more details then I believe I have tried the game and
didn't notice any obviously missing video. Are these videos before the main
menu, or when going in game? Which version of the game are you trying it with?

These videos before the main menu. Two files Logo.mpg and GTAtitles.mpg in
movies folder. Game version 1.00 from Steam.

Would you mind checking again with 10.15? I've found and hopefully fixed
various issues with GL drawables.

Right, I can see the black screen as well with 10.15. Then it is fixed for me
with 9cdfa803cd1f971bdf03667c86698685c913e97c, would you mind confirming?

Also possibly there's https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/8975
which could fix some other presentation issues, but it wasn't necessary for me
here.
