I just recently installed mIRC 7.81 and it appears to not start beyond the
usual install routine.

% openssl sha256 mirc781.exe

% wine --version
wine-10.5

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the installation routine and go through the installer steps.
2. Try to start mIRC from either the last step in the installation or
separately using wine explorer.

Expected results:
mIRC window shows.

Current results:
Nothing happens

I tried in a new wine prefix as well.

Installs and starts up just fine here (under Linux) both from command line
$ wine mirc.exe
after 'cd' to the application's directory, and at the last step from the
installer.

Please attach full terminal output for 'wine mirc.exe'.

I was able to start the program properly using

% wine --version
wine-10.17

mIRC now does not start on 10.19, works on 10.18.
