The Neverwinter Nights 1.69 Toolset has been working well in wine for more than
15 years.
Now for the first time using wine-staging 10.11 and newer, the 3d area window
fails to show.

The winetricks says I should include the fact that I'm using 'Wine's new wow64
mode' if i submit a bug.

The original Neverwinter Nights Toolset came with the original game which was
later updated to version 1.69. so NWN 1.69 toolset.

There is a version of the NWN EE toolset available to download here:

I'm not sure how it will run without the game though.

The problem I've mentioned about the 3D window not working anymore is happening
in both toolsets.

Both versions worked with very minor problems up to and including:

wine-staging 10.10

I have updated to wine-staging 10.13 and unfortunately the problem still
exists.

Yes, it works in vanilla non-staging wine. 
It also works in wine-staging up to and including wine-staging 10.10.
The problem started in wine-staging 10.11 and up.

I have updated to wine-10.14 (Staging) and the 3D window is now showing a black
screen.
I've opened and closed the toolset several time and only once for a split
second I saw the area as it should be and then it went black again.

Today after updating to wine-10.15 (Staging) , I opened up the Neverwinter
Nights 1.69 toolset to the lovely surprise of the 3D areas working again!
After some more experimenting with different modules and the Neverwinter Nights
-Enhanced Edition toolset I will hopefully update this bug status to solved.

After some more testing of Neverwinter Nights toolset 1.69 and the Neverwinter
Nights Enhanced Edition in wine-10.15 (Staging), the bug seems to be RESOLVED. 
Thank you to the winehq team and whoever worked behind the scenes to fix this
issue.
