[Bug 5133] msvcrtd:Rubies of Eventide Fails to Load with "fault while loading symbols" error

I copied over dinput.dll but I can't find a 'msvcrtd.dll'. I found a msvcrt.dll
in the WINDOWS/system32 directory (in my windows installation) but no
msvcrtd.dll. This dll also does not seem to exist in www.dlldump.com (again,
msvcrt.dll is there, however) I did a google search and found it here:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.php?msvcrtd

I then added it to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 but I still got the error so
I also gave it a shot in the Rubies main directory and still no go. Where did
you have to place the file to get the game to start?
