winecbg backtrace for webhelper.exe error prevanting extension manager form

I tried running Sketchup make on Linux Mint years ago, and the problem still
persist (currently v22 Wilma).

At first after installation, Sketchup make seems to work fine.
that's until anything else related to webhelper is done in the app.

pan, rotate, draw, pick any tool leads to the winedbg popup.

fortunately, it doesn't crash the app or anything severe.
unfortunately, 3D warehouse, extension warehouse and extension manager don't
work at all.
