At startup of Rocket League, the window starts minimized, for whatever reason,
then actually becomes unmapped as it disappears from the Fluxbox dock. 
However, it is still there because I can use xdotool to map it.  I even wrote a
script to start Rocket League then search and activate it using xdotool before
it disappears.

Sorry to be pedantic, but how is this NOT wine bug? It was introduced due to a
hack-fix for another wm. The wm worked fine for decades.

Nothing was fixed inside wine. If this would be marked FIXED, it would show as
a bug that was fixed with the upcoming wine release, which is not actually the
case.
