Nickolay,

It is possible to subscribe to wine-patches and turn off mail delivery, so that
you don't receive any of the mail that is sent, but can still send mail yourself.

We prefer if people send their patches themselves, as it scales better, and the
propper credit is given in the ChangeLog and git commit log.
