crash backtrace

Using winedbg i was able to get a backtrace for there's crash. Before the crash
there's an  endless bunch of only this line:

fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_RemoveResource Attempted to remove resource
0x73892c20 that hasn't been stored

Might be related to the problem.
