Seems that this one is probably not supported and wont be for some time. You have two options.
1) Try a no-cd patch and see if you still get that message. If not, it will probably still die, so if it does, please open a new bug for that issue, and if it runs, great!
2) Try WineX (google it). It is a version of wine (not made by us) that has licensing deals with the major copy protection companies, and is designed with gaming being the number 1 priority, so it is more likely to run it regardless of whether a no-cd patch is used or not.
Also, if you do decide to try the no-cd patch, whether it works or not, could you post a note back in here with the result, so that we can know for sure that it is copy protection?
