Yes, MSVCR80.dll was installed, in the (now) usual
place: deeply buried in (I think) windows/winsxs.
So this seems to be a bug in Wine's 
brand-spanking-new support for side-by-side
assemblies.  Not at all surprising, just
something that needs to be taken care of sometime.

I suspect the fix will probably be in ntdll/actctx.c,
but hey, what do I know...
