Text) even on high-end hardware. Approximately 50 times slower than native

Are you testing just d2d1.dll from Wine on Windows or some other dlls too?

The results on native Windows 10 APIs.

It is unacceptable when one part of test is being executed for more than 5
minutes when on native Windows APIs it takes not more than 30 seconds.

And why do you think it's a d2d issue if you're replacing the whole stack?
