mIRC fails to start, throwing a pagefault when launched on wine 10.19. Issues does not happen on 10.18.

Just noticing fe1175af410d04f806dda770502d0476a8ccbef6 is where 10.19 is tagged. Which seems to work. 10.19 arch linux package does not so this could be a packaging issue.

--- Comment #3 from Andrew Nguyen arethusa26@gmail.com --- Reverting commit 18ce7964203b486c8236f2c16a370ae27539d2f0 on top of wine-10.19 in a new wow64 build allows mIRC to start, so I'm resolving this bug as a duplicate.
