Below is just trying to run wineboot and wine simply hangs

It seems that some wine processes are just hanging

Reverting back to commit bbb97890d200bc3b0f085da8b55cf60c48ee6aaf and wine is
working again.

At least that's a better starting point for a bisect

This bug only affects wine running under Rosetta2 not Intel systems.

When trying to create a new wineprefix wine hangs until you force close
explorer.exe (usually)

To be safe I'd reverted both 9e006e94c9cb3473cb874e1efe1efe56be307463 &
07160a23fa2139c2dc9cad92158ddf0b64a3e75e and wine-10.4 works again.
