Error message generated when trying to open Quicken 2004 XG.

After updating to Wine 10.19, Quicken 2004 XG crashes upon trying to open the
programme. It worked in Wine 10.18.

Based on the backtrace, the reported issue is a regression that has already
been captured in another bug report. I'm resolving this bug as a duplicate.
