[Bug 5811] installation of python-2.4.3.msi works only after installing+repairing

I still have the described failures with wine 0.9.20: No file chooser,
incomplete installation (pythonw.exe) when choosing not to install everything
(e.g., Tcl/Tk). All that works under windows. Could you kindly explain in what
respect this was fixed/resolved? All the best, Ulf
