In Wine 7.4, the following Wine Mono tests crash:

x86.wpfclipboard
x86.MonoTests.System.Windows.DependencyObjectTest
x86.MonoTests.System.Windows.DependencyObjectTypeTest
x86.MonoTests.System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherTest
x86.MonoTests.System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherTimerTest

To reproduce the error, download the wine-mono tests and run
$ wine run-tests.exe wpfclipboard

Given that it's a regression from the same time period fixed by the same patch,
and the failure case is a crash in both cases, I'm going to say this is a
duplicate.
