Seeing the same error when trying to install the 1.4 patch.
Fedora Core 6 x86_64.
Wine 0.9.25 from fedora-extra.
At least for me, it's failing on "err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted,
action L"InstallFinalize" returned 1603" (See below)
