Running this command on Windows produces no output:

c:\msys64\usr\bin\sh.exe -c "cd ."

Running the equivalent on Wine produces an error:

This only seems to be an issue if current working directory is outside
$WINEPREFIX/drive_c , i.e. in the Z: drive. So it seems that this is an alias
of #53439
