The bug report was generated with following enivronment switches: +d3d,+d3d7

Note, that there probably is a bug with winedbg itself, too, since when I run
wine zinioreader.exe with the above switches, Zinio won't run at all and quit
somewhere inbetween, leaving the desktop's screen corrupted (the background
becomes black). Without these options the application starts fine, but then the
regression as described in this bug report shows up.
