Run MTGAInstaller.exe

In wine, the background for the installer is grey, making it impossible to read the text (white)

In Windows 7, the background is black

I retested it with new wine version 6.0 (a952453888fb5df3c70edf357820bc924b4f3e7f)

Wine behaves a bit better, but this bug still exists.
