[Bug 2918] Electronics Workbench: instruments are not drawn

$ wine --version
Wine 0.9.11
$ WINEDEBUG=+palette wine WEWB32.EXE >& palette2.log

- drag an oscilloscope to a blank screen
- double-click on the oscilloscope
- it opens up in the lower-left corner, all black, button labels invisible
(white on white?), highlighting does not help (blue on blue?)

the log file seems very similar to the previous poster's.

It seems this bug is NOT fixed, or is thee some configuration setting I am missing?
