The message above is caused by a dllwrap bug while creating libwine.dll with --export-all switch. My patch (still not applied) "Fix some problems found while compiling and linking Wine under Cygwin" from 5 Feb 2003 should fix this.
Thanks Dmitry, I will test your patch on monday and resend to wine-patches with any changes that are needed.
