In all my university classes, (UDP) Datagrams were translated or
referred to as "Datagramme" and more or less strictly distinguished from
packets.

"Vollzugriff" vs. "voller Zugriff" is a matter of taste, I picked the
first because back when I used Windows, that was a common term to read,
but that could have just been my firewall or something. I would have
preferred for it to be added to Francois' wordlist, but whatever.
