It is running on a Dell Server, Red Hat 9, no supported sound devices listed under KDE but works fine under Knome. The installer is stuck in winex11.drv.WaitForMultipleObjects, waiting for the user, but the user doesn't see the dialog box, so he doesn't know what's going on... Will investigate further.
