Summary: WinRAR 3.5 smaller buttons are rendered incorrectly
Product: Wine
Version: CVS
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: wine-x11driver
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: t.artem(a)mailcity.com
WinRar has some buttons in its main window. When these buttons have a default
size they are OK. If I choose non-Large buttons very fancy things happen. I'll
attach scrennshots.
Winrar can be downloaded here: http://rarlabs.com/rar/wrar350.exe

For all tests, ~/.wine was recreated from the scratch
BTW, in Wine-20050930 fonts antialiasing (truetype) is switched off due to
unknown reasons (wine has a default configuration, all rpm packages are the same).

So, it appears that in the cases where Steam freezes, it is stuck in
dump_memory_info, writing a 3.3G file onto my disk, since that's the size of
dc[0]->size. I'm very happy that I discovered this, because I've erased the
files in question, and freed up lots of wasted space.
Now... if I could figure out why it wants to dump the memory in the first place...
There's obviously some kind of an assertion that fails..but why. I have a 150 MB
log file with trace enabled for everything - let me know what to grep for, and I
can post the result here.

could you do a regression test then? To find out what patch causes this behaviour.

With the last two wine versions (20050830 and 20050930) same behavior, no change.
