and not only js0
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.25.
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-directx-dinput
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: kaouete(a)crazydwarves.org
Hi,
If there is only a /dev/js1 existing, wine doesnt see it, it just fails to open

next you will find DNS looking explicitly for some files in WINDIR.
this can usually be overcome by touch as long as wine now has version info in
the build-in dlls, I had to patch this last year but this may have caught up
now.

use regedit to add string called Version with a value 5.0.2014.0216 to
following regkey.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
The installer just ran perfectly on wine-0.9.25 having done that.
read this notes since there are a couple of trivial gotchas you will wnat to
know about.
