Interesting bits in the log: 1. Before the first connection point error, there's a failing GetIDsOfNames call for the name "Enabled". Other names (e.g. "Add") successfully resolve on the same object, so I'm not sure if this is a typelib error or if the name is just missing. 2. After the second connection point error, CreateErrorInfo is called.
