Try disabling each one of those independently, and see which one fixes it (if any). Also, humor me, and change the line in device.c which says "pbuffer_support == FALSE;" to TRUE instead, and see if that does anything (I doubt it, but it's worth a try). It stop to work between 0.9.15 and 0.9.16, so this is probably caused by the DDraw rewrite. But as it sends postscript I think this should be okay.
