I know, it never happened before. But it's been some time since I last used
Photoshop in Wine, so I'm not sure with which version this started to happen.
What I can say though is that I've started with a fresh installation of Wine
0.9.40 and then installed Photoshop, so I don't think that it could be broken.
I've also installed 0.9.39 to see if the problem disappeared but it did not.
Also, it used to work perfectly a few months ago, when I last used it
extensively without problems (don't remember the version of Wine, though)

I can confirm this bug/incompatibility.
My TomTom GO 910 is not detected by the TomTom Home application version 1.5
build 106. My Wine version is 0.9.40.
On Windows XP the device appears as a removeable disc, thus I've mounted the
device under Linux on /media/tomtom and created a symbolic link in Wine's
dosdevices directory pointing to /media/tomtom. However the device is still not
detected by TomTom Home.
I assume the TomTom HOME application scans all local discs for a specific name
or device id, which is not (correctly) emulated by Wine.
Any suggestions welcome.

With the two latest releases (0.9.40 and 0.9.41), the program doesn't crash
anymore! It starts up, shows a few progress screens, but takes a very long
time to complete the first three of them (initializing some files), and in the
fourth (initializing another thing) it basically stalls, with CPU at 100%.
Thus I changed the title, and assigned to a different component. The ddraw
warning is still there, but it doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem.
Anything else I can do?
