But Painkiller says that no CD inserted. In windows I mount this iso with Daemon tools and everything works just fine. My load time on CS is only two minutes now :-) Supposedly you only have to override shell32 to get faster loading. The slowdown appears to also affect the File / Open dialog, at least in CS.
