Once that is committed, people can start using and filing bugs for the compiler and IDE. This bug no longer depends on bug 6194. You have to do winetricks dotnet20 before running the installer for now, so marking this bug as depending on 10601. (You also have to do winetricks vcrun2005 msxml3 before it will show you its GUI successfully, and winetricks ie6 before the new project wizard will show you its first page properly.
