It does not fix the issues with Razor.

This is long standing bug, it was introduced long before its report time. I
cannot check whether it still exists in modern versions of wine (up to 1.1.12)
since they do not start MS Office 2000 applications at all, explaining that
they do not properly installed. MS Office 2000 also cannot be reinstalled due
to errors in wine.

Status with current git is the same as in comment #13. It's hard to say when
this bug started occuring, as it wasn't a regression per se, but the issue was
present immediately after that test started working at all. I was using current
git at the time, so I guess you could say the issue's been present since about
0.9.18.

Using wine-1.1.12-586-g8b10dd2 I have tested both Runaway 2 Demo and retail
versions and both install succesfully only when using native dxdiagn.dll.
Übersoldier installation assistant still asks to reboot the computer to finish
the installation to no avail.
Last non-working Wine version: 1.1.10.

Created an attachment (id=18701)

Console output
Here's the console output with 1.1.12. The following line looks to be the
culprit:
fixme:mshtml:HTMLElement_put_outerHTML (0x2146058)->(L"<table border=\"0\"
cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" style=\"padding:10px 6px 10px 6px\"
id=\"TaskTable\"><tr><td valign=\"top\"><a href=\"#\"><img id=\"LinkPrefs2\"
src=\"res:/IMG/#161\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Configure Agent\"></a></td><td
valign=\"top\" style=\"line-height:12px\"><span class=\"bold"...)
I'll change the component to mshtml.

I've sent a patch [1] so the quartz filtergraph test will attempt to play
'test.mpg'. For instance, take delta.mpg from [2] and rename it as test.mpg,
and the test will attempt to render it.
I tested on WinXP and Win98SE, where the test passed. On Wine, we currently run
into the "fixme:quartz:MPEGSplitter_query_accept MPEG-1 system streams not yet
supported." message and get a test failure.

The flickering still exists in the current git.
