Summary: xfwm4 and fullscreen issues
Product: Wine
Version: 1.0-rc4
Platform: PC-x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: winex11.drv
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: dunerkahl(a)yahoo.de
If you run xfwm4 and start a fullscreen application in wine, the xfce4-panel
won't hide.
As a consequence in some Games (GTA San Andreas, Driver Parallel Lines) the
mouse control isn't smooth anymore.
If i run openbox for example, this problem doesn't occure.

Hi,
This is my first bug report for wine and I'm not a pro,
so please point out my faults.
I'm playing battlefield 2142 on wine and got punkbuster to work.
So now I can even play online without getting kicked.
The only bug I experience is when I load a second map it goes WAY slower then
the first time, it's easyer to just close the game and start over.
(My solution for now: find servers wich reload the map every 99 games.)
I don't know what is wrong, but I think the graphical card memory must be full
or something like that.
I haven't tried to fully load it and that is what I'm going to do next.
And I'll probably try using other versions of wine too. (I use 1.1.7 now)
Any idea's or questions welcome

Summary: specctra.exe program often hangs up on exit
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.7
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P1
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org

I have very specific program, specctra.exe, which often (but not always) hangs
up on exit, when called from external program (pcb.exe), with message like
err:seh:setup_exception_record stack overflow 884 bytes in thread 0044 eip
b7e7fa1f esp 01510fbc stack 0x1510000-0x1511000-0x1910000
At standalone use, it (almost?) never hangs up. Under native Windows it never
hangs up. I try other machines (32 & 64 bit), newer Specctra versions instead
of my 10.0.1, and two Wine version (1.0 from Ubuntu's repo and 1.1.7) with same
or worst result.
I attach two files using 'WINEDEBUG=+relay,+process', one for normal exit at
standalone use, and other for crash on exit when specctra.exe called from
pcad.exe.

saga patcher crash
In order to run the saga (playsaga.com) patcher, you have to download
Microsoft.VC80.CRT and unzip the files into the saga directory. Once you do
this, the patcher (SagaPatcher.exe) will start up and run. It makes it through
a couple of patches, one of just a few files, then another of 7000 files, then
it moves on to a patch of 6000 files or so and crashes at around 2200-2300
files. I have attached the trace from the crash.
