I think it can happen to other applications too. Already Reported: BNET doesn't connect anymore PS: Application was still running at the point of back traces. Only killing the process works. I have installed 1.2~rc4-0ubuntu1~lucidppa1 version - with the same behaviour. I hope I will not discover any show stoppers in RCs, so I'll keep ppa source during upcoming future. As for .tran file - LTspice uses .asc files for schematics.
