This is still an issue as of 1.9.16. You have to click blindly a few times to get past the videos which don't actually play. Alt+Tab appears to have switched, but the old file still has focus. Clicking on the taskbar icons does nothing. The first Alt+Tab works, but subsequently using the shortcut doesn't. Alt+` (cycling only through Excel windows) doesn't work either.
