Backtrace
Since the update to 4.12 (this is on Kubuntu 19.04 - disco) starting any app
results in a pop-up for wineboot having crashed.
This happens on two separate (but similar) systems.
If I close the pop-up the app then starts and seems to run OK.
If I don't close it the app starts up, but after a noticeable delay.
The backtrace.txt produce from "Save as..." in the pop-up window is attached.

standard terminal output
New install of GTAV (DVD version). After login the game tries to update itself
with a multi-GB download. The download fails either with a lost connection
error "code 203", or crash. Error "code 203" is seen on Windows too so that may
be not wine fault, but the crash are not. After restarting the application, the
download resumes where it left and fails almost instantly.
When the download fails it leaves a .part file in the game directory. When the
.part file is deleted, restarting the application makes the download continue
for a varying amount of time (probably depending on the size of the next file
it downloads).
The whole thing is not yet downloaded so I can't say if the download get
corrupted or not.

In Fedora 30, wine-staging requires mesa-dri-drivers and mesa-dri-drivers.i686.
Without this wine may not be able to start some applications giving
"libGL error: MESA-LOADER: failed to open i965" error. The files in
/usr/lib64/dri and /usr/lib/dri are part of mesa-dri-drivers.x86_64 and
mesa-dri-drivers.i686. I think these to packages should become dependencies for
winehq-staging and winehq-stable.

Summary: ALT+TAB results in a sticky ALT in the application
when switching back

I noticed the following issue when playing EVE Online: If you use the ALT+TAB
key to switch from EVE Online to another application and then return back to
EVE Online, then the EVE Online is still thinking you are still holding down
the ALT key. This is only resolved by pressing and releasing the ALT key again.
It's really annoying.
Hypothesis: When pressing ALT+TAB (which at least for me usually happens in the
order 1. hold ALT down and then 2. press TAB) the ALT-key-down command is
transferred to the application (EVE Online) and then the focus is changed to
another application, without sending prior the ALT-key-down command. In my
opinion this should be changed. If ALT+TAB is used to switch the application,
the ALT-key-down command should be generated prior switching.
