I just deleted my .wine directory and was able to install it again fine from the link I provided. If you don't have a virtual desktop it's running on, it doesn't show any graphics, but it does have sounds, indicating it's connected. If it is in a virtual desktop, it draws, but has an offset problem, causing it to be unusable.
