workaround 2, revised edition
Ok, I've managed to run the game via this hack. Obviously, that tmp_vis_id
check was the problem in this case.
Now, all I need is to make something with 'opengl window patch'

Summary: PGIII - annoying problems with the game
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.41.
Platform: PC-x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-directx-ddraw
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org

1. Many text in the game display improperly - should be shaded dark text, but is
pinkish, or (2nd situation) pinkish and blurry instead of yellow. You can see
that for example in the main menu, but also in almost every other in-game screen.
2. Almost all pop-up windows flicker horribly, there is also flickering in other
parts of the interface, which makes it much harder to read and use the UI. There
are even situations where UI is not completely rendered etc.

My log ends with some more wgl-info. I had a look at my debug log, and i'll
attach , what i think, is where it goes wrong. As far as i could see, after the
exceptions thrown in last lines of the log, the application starts to write a
errorlog-file, and a minidump file, so i guess this is the relevant part of the
debuglog
