Patch committed. Resolves bug(s) in supplied sample demo for me, cant tell for
the main pgm, but I think the bug should be closed and if another problem
exists just raise a new bug for it.

Yes, you are on the right track. You don't have to replace your current wine
package. Just call wine out of the git directory after you build it:
$ ~/wine-git/wine game.exe

Am I right that I have to follow point 2.2 of the instructions first (Cloning
the Git tree by downloading 85 MB of the wine cources? And then I have to jump
directly to point 6.1 and type:
git bisect start
git bisect good wine-0.9.15
git bisect bad wine-0.9.16
Then I compile a new wine (do I have to remove my current wine first?), test it
again and just type "git bisect good" or "git bisect bad" with no concrete
version number then?

yes i know the LAUNCHPAD works fine, but it ctds after attempting to load a
scenario (select a scenario and hit launch orbiter), then it will eventually
ctd before actually displaying the gamescreen.
