I had the same error.
Got it to work like Ivan Tsybankov suggested in his test results: Running the
game using the full path.
Try:
wine C:\\Program\ Files\\Deus\ Ex\ -\ Invisible\ War\\System\\dx2

Same problem here. vncviewer.exe also becomes unusable after about 5 minutes.

Wine only can Agree The Terms, and it gets frozen.
When i try to run it in Ubuntu (8.10) from the Windows Folder, only start the

Newely fixed issue: Lockpick problems, If you want to lockpick you should bush
mouse button and move mouse, it should work now, normal lockpick without mouse
button is not working yet.

Sorry. I've been quite busy and haven't used my USB adapter for the past year
or so now.
When I get a chance, I will test and re-open if need be. But I'm guessing,
it's probably fixed since it may have been a trivial issue between versions.
