Today's GIT added a workaround:
Set [HKCU\Software\Wine\DirectInput] "MouseWarpOverride" to "force" to force
mouse warping. It can also be set per application.
Of course the bug is still not fixed.

Please fix this problem. It provides very necessary feature. Using comctl32.dll
save the situation with using Watchtower Library 2007 but it is not the way. I
am anticipating for a new version of wine only because if solving this bug.

Created an attachment (id=15495)
--> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=15495)
sample registry file to associate jpeg files with wine's iexplore.exe
(In reply to comment #1)
> This is because there are no shell handlers in the registry for the images
> extensions (jpeg, jpe,bmp,jpg) try to add in the registry and try again
Correct, you just need to associate the "jpegfile" type with a program that can
open jpegs. For instance, install gecko, then run: wine regedit 4122.reg, where
4122.reg is this attachment.
