I expect this is because an entry needs to be added for RPC_S_NO_CONTEXT_AVAILABLE to the switch in handle_bind_error() but I can not figure out what reject_reason should be set to. When moving a test result the only option is to move to an existing version. There should be an option to create a new version and move the test result to it.
