Hi,
Came across this win64 program that winedbg has trouble with:
Sending a bunch of Ctrl-C displays:
^CCtrl-C: stopping debuggee
^CCtrl-C: stopping debuggee
^CCtrl-C: stopping debuggee
But we never get back to winedbg's prompt so there's no way to type commands.
Any help with this very much appreciated.
Set of files to replicate the issue can be downloaded from:

Tested on Ubuntu 16.04 x86_64,
Tried both stable (2.0.3) and devel (2.0.21) wine packages from
https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu
Also tried running it in wineconsole or attaching process in winedbg
from another shell, didn't help.

Going by https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator/issues/80, doesn't access
the font in question (MS Gothic) directly, yet despite its overrides being set
up correctly (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes: both English and Japanese names), the engine
crashes unless that font is actually present in drive_c/windows/Fonts.
It might be that this can't be done as font matching/replacing takes place at
much later stage, yet would be nice if someone could verify one way or the
other.
Perhaps those names should simply hardcoded to be returned in Japanese locale,
regardless of the fonts being actually present ? Cause before Windows 10 (which
has a different Japanese font), they couldn't not be there after a proper
Japanese Windows install.

Summary: Word 2007 doesn't have Ctrl+A and similar shortcuts by

WINEDEBUG=keyboard outputs in default-US and default-RU cases
I have a two-language keyboard set up, like
setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout us,ru
This works normally. But if I make the default layout non-English, like
setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout ru,us
then Word 2007 loses all its shortcuts like Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V etc., only having
the alternatives like Ctrl+Insert, Shift+Insert etc. (this can be seen in e.g.
"Word Options"→"Customize"→"Customize"→"Categories:Home
Tab"→"Commands:EditCopy").
This doesn't happen with Word 2003, where the alphabetic shortcuts continue to
function well in both cases.

The following error is sometimes given:

This seems to affect the acer64 and f25 test machines but not the hd6800.
